Day 3


So i tried to step on my scale today and guess what, its not broken!!
It seems as though i havent lost any weight yet though... my scale kept flucuating between 237 and 250. :( it kinda settled in somewhere around 243-244 lbs.

So, i havent lost anything on the diet so far, but im still sticking with it. I havent been as strict as i should have been though. But im working on it. Didnt start off today well with eating yet another 4 pieces of cream of chipped beef and a 80 calorie chocolate pudding..... But i promise to do better throughout the rest of the day... Only fruits and veggies, and maybe one or two healthy snacks.

I need to start exercising, but theres a lot keeping me from actually getting off my ass and doing it. I dont have much time to do well, anything dealing with Camaya all day. And on the other hand, im just lazy. There are a few key areas that need work.. my stomach which wouldnt have been that bad if it didnt get streched out sooo bad during my pregnancy.... and of course, theres the flap that hangs above the c-section scar. :( I'd also like to get rid of the BACK FAT. which i never had before getting pregnant.... and last, i want to find a way to keep my ass round lol. I was thinking about purchasing these "Flirty Girl Fitness" dvds, and even the Wii Fit. But im clearly broke so thats impossible right now.

I cannot wait to get back in school and get my refund check. That'll help me out sooo much with getting myself back on track. I cant wait to feel PRETTY again. u know, hair, nails, all the good stuff.

I know i said i was going to count calories on this diet and stay below 1300 calories.... so i'll take a guess and say

chipped beef = 700 calories??

chocolate pudding = 80 calories

sweet tea = 250 calories

water = 0

total = 1030 calories, DAMN and i havent even had lunch or dinner yet.

 

i guess for lunch i'll have some fruits/veggies and for dinner i'll have a salad. that'll probably put me at 1700 calories for today. :( i am cheating SO BAD.

Day 2

DANG. Day 2 and im not doing that well. Somehow, yesterday I managed to eat MCDONALDS! wtf was i thinking? In the end i still managed to snack on healthy stuff though, so im proud of that at least.

Today, i just realized that my scale is BROKE. wtf, perfect timing!!

Today I ate creamed chipped beef & toast for breakfast (4 pieces).  Not the best start of the day but at least i ate it in the morning. I have the rest of the day to burn it off. Besides that i had a 80 calorie yogurt, and a few grapes. Oh and some sweet tea (bad me).

I'm still trying to get into the swing of things. I promise, tomorrow will be MUCH better, and i will actually stay below the 1300 calories.

Day 1

Well, its Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008. Day 1 of my get it right, get it tight, get sexy diet. LOL. No, but seriously, today is the first day of a new beginning. I have to lose this weight.

Here's some history for those who don't know. My name is Brittany, (or BREE). I just had a baby 3 months ago. During my pregnancy i gained a total of 61 lbs! I was already overweight (or technically, obese) before i even got pregnant. I weighed 220 lbs at the beginning, and ended at 281 lbs on the day i delivered my gorgeous daughter.

My weight lost began to plateau around 2 months PP. So far i've lost a total of about 38 lbs. I NEED to lose at least 38 more, but i'd like to get down to about 186 lbs. At that point, i'd be satisfied. My ultimate goal is just to get under 200 lbs. Being stuck in the 240's isnt easy. I struggle a lot with self esteem issues... not fun. Here are some of my current "stats":

Bra: 40 D (pushin a DD)
Tops:  2X. XL
JEANS: 18-20
HEIGHT: 5'4
WEIGHT: 243 LBS
BMI - 41.7

Yesterday, i went grocery shopping, spent about $130 on a bunch of fruits, vegetables, salad, etc. My "target" for this week is to eat around 1300 calories, next week my target will be 1000. im trying to cut out as many fats, sugars and oils as possible. my first goal will be to reach 240 lbs. that requires me to lose about 3-4 lbs.

so far today i've eaten:

BREAKFAST: mini fruit roll-up, salad w/ italian dressing, croutons = 210 calories
LUNCH:
DINNER:

TOTAL: 210
